Terms of Use

Wildcats Stats is a stats tracker built for the Windward School varsity basketball team. By using it you agree to these terms.

Who it's for

• The owner (Jake Horowitz), who runs games and sees all team data.
• Student managers, who log stats during a game with a one-game code from the owner.
• Anyone may view the public Preview, which shows made-up sample data.

Using it fairly

• Use a manager code only for the game and role it was given for, and don't share it outside the team.
• Log what actually happens. Entries can be corrected afterward in the edit log.
• Don't try to access data you weren't given, or interfere with the site.

The stats

Stats are logged by people in real time and may contain mistakes. They're meant to help the team improve, not as official records. The team's data belongs to the program and stays private (see the Privacy Policy).

No warranty

The site is provided as-is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Game data is backed up, but keep your own copies of anything important (the CSV downloads make that easy).

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
